The We Brew Tradition campaign steers audiences away from beer preconceptions and teaches about the origins of the culturally significant ingredients Japas Cervejaria incorporates to elevate and create a new tradition.

The focus is on ingredients that may be unfamiliar to consumers.

Interactive Event:

Dinners at the Japanese-Hill-and-Pond Garden at the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, showcasing Japanese delicacies, omakase-style (Chef’s choice), paired with select Japas beers to enhance the experience.

In addition to the event, the Japanese garden will be reorganized to showcase specific Japanese ingredients used in Japas beer. Ginger, matcha, wasabi, ume (Japnese plums), jasmine, yuzu, more.
